Arbor is the school’s Management Information System (MIS). You’ll use it for attendance, payments, club bookings, trips, and updating your child’s details. The school is cashless, so all payments go through Arbor.

Once installed, you can:

• Check your child’s attendance

• Update emergency contacts

• Pay for breakfast club, after‑school club, enrichment clubs, trips, and Nursery lunches

• Add money to your child’s account and book activities (booking automatically adds them to the register)

If you have trouble logging in, the school’s admin team can help.

📧 Not Receiving Arbor Emails?

Some email providers (e.g., Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail) may send Arbor messages to junk or spam folders. This is due to their spam‑filtering systems, not something the school can control.

What You Can Do

Add the school’s Arbor sending address to your Safe Senders list. This usually prevents emails being marked as spam.

If issues continue, the admin team is happy to help in person.
