Autumn 1 and 2

1. try and say the sounds at home?

2. try and write the sounds/letters 

3. Match up game- match up the initial sound with the pictures 

You could even try and draw the picture and write the letter next to it!

Challenge: 

Try and sound out some of the words using your phonics and write them- remember it doesn't matter if these aren't spelt correctly parents/carers e.g. helicopter - could be spelt from your child helikotu. 

SPRING 1 and 2 

We are looking at diagraphs this term and next. It is two ( or sometimes three) letters that come together to make one sound.
