Autumn Term Curriculum

This half term our learning is going to centre around 'All About Me.'

Some of the ways we are going to enhance our learning will be through sand and water play; building blocks; sorting objects; cogs and wheels and musical instruments!

We will be concentrating washing our hands; using the toilet independently; putting on our shoes and coats; and self care.

Making it REAL

Making It REAL is a project that explores letters and symbols in our local environment, including road signs and shop names.

The children and their families have embarked on various trips and excursions over the year to build strong partnerships within our community, supporting parents with teaching their children new language and helping them with early reading.

Making it REAL Lewisham

Parents and staff from our amazing Rockets nursery reflect on their experience of Making it REAL during Year 1 of the programme.
