Sports Day 19.06.24

17.06.24 - we had a lovely session with Cheer London

12.06.24 - today we were learning about mixed number fractions

In science we’ve been learning about sound. Today we investigated how sound travels through an ‘old fashioned’ telephone with a wire.

We held a formal debate, debating the topic, ‘Brutus and Cassius, HEROES or VILLAINS

In maths, we’ve been learning how to read and plot coordinates. Today we were translating points on a grid. Why not make one at home to practise with.

In PSHE, we learning about Marking Choices focusing on everyday drugs such as caffeine, tobacco and alcohol. Today we we recognising different types and were surprised to learn the Prime and Coke have caffeine in them.

In History, we learnt about Boudicca's rebellion against the Roman Army. Together, we sequenced the story to show our understanding.

In math, we have been learning to multiply whole and decimal numbers by 10 and 100 using place value grids to help us.

In PSHE, we haev been learning about our democratic system in Britain. Today we sequenced how laws are made in the UK

Our trip to the Science Museum 22/11/23
