Reading Task - Year 3 and Year 6

  • Writing: edit our letter. In this lesson, we will look at some modelled writing and edit it. You will then edit your own writing from this unit. In this unit, we will be discussing issues of racism and discrimination in Britain. For some people this will be be a sensitive topic. If that applies to you, you may want to do this lesson with a trusted adult nearby who can support you.
  • Science: know how we see light. In this lesson, we will learn the steps that take place when we see an object. We will draw diagrams to show how we see; we will learn the different parts and functions of the human eye; and we will learn why people wear glasses and sunglasses. In this lesson you will need a piece of paper, a pencil and a ruler.

PSHE - Please read the information included in the Lesson Presentation and answer the questions to help you to reflect on your new learning. Then complete the three tasks.
