Ulysses class have been designing, building and testing parachutes to see which forces are in action!

On Friday we we're treated to an amazing science show from Dr Tim Harrison of the University of Bristol. The children were very inspired by his experiments and also loved the fire and explosions. Thanks to Mr Mace for organising the event.

Yesterday our KS2 choir led by Mrs Hall visited a local care home to entertain the residents.

Soyuz have been doing some fantastic gymnastics this term.

We have been extremely lucky today to be visited by author Eoin Colfer, he spent the morning talking about his new book, The Fowl Twins, and  inspiring our children about writing. What an amazing opportunity for all the children!

On Friday the 1st of November we will be holding our #JaiMatters Memorial day. On the day there will be a celebration of light, hope and remembrance where the children will reclaim the streets of Bellingham.

 

There will be a procession from Athelney at 16:15 where we invite all members of the community to walk with us through Bellingham shining positive light and spreading the message of peace and hope.
