Dear Parents/Carers,

I hope you all had a restful winter break and I wish you all a happy new year. Apologies that I have been absent, this has been due to my recovery from surgery. I will return on Monday 19th January and I am so looking forward to seeing the children. I have really missed them all. Swimming.

We will swim every Tuesday afternoon. Please ensure your child has the following swimming kit:

                 Costume

                 Towel

                 Hat (your child will not be allowed into the pool without a swimming hat)

                 Goggles

PE

We will have PE every Wednesday morning. Please ensure your child comes into school wearing their PE kit:

             Black joggers

              Plain white or purple Tshirt

                Trainers

Reading and Spelling

Reading - Please encourage your child to read every day. Please sign your child's reading record 3 times a week to confirm their reading. If your child is having any difficulties, please let me know.

Spelling - Each week we will learn a new spelling pattern. Your child will bring home a weekly sheet to practise them. Please support your child with these spelling patterns. Thank you.
