Dear parents and carers,

 

This page has been set up to meet the needs of the children during their current period of self-isolation.

 

It would be a good idea to create a daily timetable for your child.  Share the timetable you make with them - this will give a sense of routine and structure to their day.  Knowing the plan for the day and what is coming next will help them (and you) be calm.  When planning the day make sure you factor in:

 

• Daily reading / story time
• Daily exercise
• Number work
• Independent play
• TV time
• Mealtimes

 

The timetable has to work for you and your child so keep it realistic and don't plan in too much!  I have included some resources below:
